Silent moments have become a rare commodity in our loud and fast-paced world. We are confronted with a large number of stimuli which are increasing constantly and hardly let us relax. The fictitious exhibition »Mehr als nichts« (More than nothing), which I developed as part of my bachelor thesis, is supposed to remind us how important silence is, especially at this time. To reveal the positive sides of silence and prove that it is about more than nothing I designed several exhibits which discuss different aspects of this state. An exhibition catalogue combines all these works and room concepts and provides insights into my thoughts relating to the topic. Apart from this, I created posters, postcards and tote bags which supplement the identity of the exhibition.

This work won a bronze award in the category “Design” at the ADC Junior Competition 2019.
